Wedding + RECEPTION PACKAGE

The wedding and reception takes place on a sprawling ranch, with acres of open fields framed by rugged wooden fences and the backdrop of majestic mountains in the distance. Guests arrive at the rustic entrance, greeted by a sign welcoming them to the joyful union of the couple.

We facilitate every detail of your perfect day: From event timeline preparation and vendor recommendations for food, flowers, music and photography to day-of-wedding coordinator and point of contact for vendors.

The package includes coordinating set-up and tear-down of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, ample parking, one-hour, on-site rehearsal, private bride and groom suites, choice of ceremony locations on property, chairs, tables, linens, wedding arch, large tent that can accommodate up to 200 people with lighting and electrical hook-up, yard games, and a vintage 1948 Red Ford Truck for photos and wedding party processional or recessional.
